Women’s Empowerment

‘NoCeiling’ Initiative: Accelerates growth for our women colleagues through webinars, fireside chats, group coaching, and leadership sessions, facilitating career advancement in technology.

CSR Initiatives: Empowering over 4,000 women through education sponsorships, better school infrastructure, drudgery-reducing equipment for rural women, and promoting women entrepreneurs.

Gender-Neutral Facilities: Introduction of gender-neutral washrooms to create an inclusive environment for all gender identities, ensuring comfort and accessibility for everyone.

CSR Partnerships

Partnering with NGO’s: Educates and upskills transgender individuals, facilitating their employment opportunities. We’ve empowered 10 trans candidates with specialized tech training and hired transgender individuals for client projects. Our employee volunteering initiative has benefited 50 transgender candidates, supporting their professional growth and integration into the workforce.

Education and Awareness

Awareness Sessions: Regular sessions, in collaboration with external LGBTQ activists, educate our employees on diversity and inclusion, covering topics like pronouns, rights, and pertinent issues.

Unconscious Bias Training: Mandatory e-learning modules address unconscious bias, fostering awareness and strategies to effectively manage it in the workplace.

Educational Talk Shows: Featuring LGBTQ activists and transgender individuals to raise awareness about LGBTQ diversity and dispel misconceptions.
