Also, we never get tired of saying that our annual parties are ‘legendary’.

A dedicated Social Fun Committee at SGA focuses on conducting sports, cultural events and competitions on photography, poetry and art & painting. We take our sportsmanship spirit very seriously. Various indoor and outdoor sports competitions such as carrom & chess, cricket, and football are high points of our ‘life at SGA’.

Learning & Development

At SGA we empower growth, whether lateral or linear. Our learning and development initiatives are designed with the objective of offering growth and development opportunities to our people for building rewarding and fulfilling careers at SGA.

Transformational growth through professional training & personal development initiatives

Our L & D team focuses on 'transformation' through theoretical and experiential learning - some through trainer-led sessions and others through on-the-job learning. Along with a marked focus on knowledge enhancement, our L & D program emphasizes equally developing the skills and behaviors of our people. We have a pool of in-house trainers who deliver training on various topics across technical, functional and behavioral categories. External training sessions from industry experts are organized frequently throughout the year.

At SGA, we ensure a rigorous focus on compliance framework training. Since April 2020, 50 learning sessions with 650 participants have been covered, achieving 2000 training hours.
