Our unique Tech-Revive program with PeriFerry Foundation is making strides in breaking down barriers in the realm of transgenders. PeriFerry is an impact enterprise in India that creates jobs and training opportunities for transgender persons and promotes LGBTQIA+ inclusion at workplaces.
Through REVIVE Tech program we are helping trans candidates wishing to join their career in IT industry and make them job ready. Ten dedicated transgender candidates with aspirations to join the IT field have undergone training to enhance their knowledge and soft skills. It is particularly gratifying to note that some of these trainees are successfully securing their dream jobs upon completing the program.
