The report identifies and ranks companies with exceptional performance based on annual revenue, organic growth, and industry metrics. The Economic Times and Statista's India‘s Growth Champions 2022 ranks the Top 125 companies in India, which have achieved the highest percentage growth in revenues between 2019 and 2022. The ranking used a set of criteria to determine which Indian industries had the fastest-growing companies; to be eligible, a company had to have generated a minimum amount of revenue over three years, be an autonomous entity, and have predominantly shown organic growth. This made sure that, in addition to being economic accelerators, the only businesses featured had real economic substance, sustainability, and legitimacy. The culmination of these several elements made it possible for those featured in the list to be rightfully referred to as India's growth champions.
