OPPORTUNITY: SG Analytics client was appointed by one of its existing long-term clients as a sell-side advisor for a new assignment related to its healthcare business unit. The client team did not have strong expertise in the healthcare industry and was in the midst of a high-pressure deal already.
Given that SG Analytics had already established itself as a strong partner in supporting the client on all live deals, the client engaged SG Analytics as an extended team throughout the deal lifecycle.
