OPPORTUNITY: SG Analytics built a customized analytical app in Salesforce for the client, which is an early warning system for renewal of each product for customers in advance. SGA redesigned the existing third-party architecture and customized the app as per the requirements of different countries.

SOLUTION:

Based on a detailed understanding of the client’s technology stack, SGA’s team built an analytical renewal app in Salesforce:

  • SG Analytics gathered historical data of customers from the client and built a predictive model in R, analyzing customer behavior for renewal of products
