Years of Experience: 8+ years
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and experienced individual in a senior role to lead our sales efforts within the Business Research and Consulting segment in US and Europe. The individual should have prior experience in selling Research services in atleast 3 of the following industry sectors –BFSI, Healthcare, Pharma, ICT, Retail, Professional Services (Consulting), track record in generating revenue and ability to build and maintain long-term strategic relationships. Prior experience in working with colleagues within the US and across the globe is crucial.
- He/she should have strong experience and working knowledge of selling Research services in at least 3 of the following industry sectors –BFSI, Healthcare, Pharma, ICT, Retail, Professional Services (Consulting).
- He/she should have proven expertise in selling to C-level professionals as well as mid-tier Consulting firms in Europe and America.
- He/she should be highly experienced in preparing crisp and punchy, client specific Presentations and deliver a closure focused sales Pitch
- He/she should be actively involved in preparing the response to RFPs and should have a proven, high closure rate
- He/she should educate and guide Pre-Sales/Lead Gen team members on Pre-Sales Pitch, Appointment Closures, Sales Mindset, Need Generation, etc
- He/she should be able to influence the Delivery team to give quality and on-time results and get the best out of them
- He/she should be able to design and implement the Annual Sales Plan and Business Development Strategy for Business Research & Consulting practice
- He/she should be able to showcase crisp strategies and implementation plans for both, hunting and farming clients
- 8+ years’ experience (mostly across business development with a focus on generating revenues and meeting sales targets)
- Prior experience in working with product management and delivery teams across the globe
- Strong network within the corporate and consulting segment in the US and Europe. Prior experience is selling Business Research and Consulting is mandatory
- Strong ability in generating and qualifying leads
- Demonstrated experience in navigating large and complex organizations, understanding client requirements, qualifying leads and driving custom proposals
- Willingness to travel within the US and Europe
- MBA(or similar qualification, preferably with a research/quantitative background)
