Business Development:

Location: Pune

Experience: 5-7 years

Your tasks:

  • Running high-quality sales cycles including lead generation, qualification, deal nurturing, negotiation and deal closure
  • Actively engaging in account management, including developing a deep understanding of client requirements, farming new ideas and providing strategic support for delivery teams
  • Managing client relationships, identifying requirements and cross-selling our services across existing clients
  • Working closely with our service industry and delivery teams to create compelling solutions
  • Owning and delivering sales quotas across new and existing accounts

Your profile:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, mostly across business development with focus on generating revenues and meeting sales targets
  • Strong network within the PLS sector in the US and the EU and strong understanding of recent trends
  • Proven record of leading sales cycles
  • Prior experience in working with industry and delivery teams across the globe
  • Demonstrated experience in navigating large and complex organizations, understanding client requirements, qualifying leads, making high-impact client presentations and driving custom proposals
 

Marketing:

Location: Pune

Experience: 10+ years

Your tasks:

  • Developing and executing SG Analytics’ digital marketing strategy and leading our transformation to best-in-class in the digital area
  • Transforming the marketing function at SGA into a major demand generation engine that drives results through innovation and data driven marketing channel strategies
  • Working with business and sales teams to drive brand and marketing activities
  • Designing digital marketing campaign outreach programs that will encompass all of SG Analytics’ service lines across data, research and analytics offerings. These campaigns should maximize reach across target audience, while optimizing spend across pay per click campaign etc., thus ensuring high ROI
  • Working closely with functional experts and product management teams to design the digital content strategy with the objective of increasing brand reach, engagement with clients and prospects, and overall business impact
  • Identifying potential strategic partnership opportunities

Your profile:

  • Postgraduate from a reputed global or Indian university
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in the marketing domain
  • Exposure to inbound marketing tools such as HubSpot desirable
