Ranked 3rd as “Leading Provider of Knowledge Process Outsourcing Services Globally for Overall Satisfaction” 2010

SG Analytics a research & analytics KPO announced today, it won 3rd ranking amongst 396 providers of KPO services in the world by the Black Book of Outsourcing, a widely recognized survey of global outsourcing providers. SG Analytics’ ranking of 3^rd represents the top percentile in the total group. The ranking was based on the feedback received from clients on factors such as overall satisfaction, requirement awareness, shared goals, risk mitigation, partnership approach, corporate reputation, future orientation, skills and resources, problem resolution, financial benefits.

Black Book Methodology

The Black Book survey was distributed electronically to customers, buyers, contractors and users worldwide with experience of outsourcing services. Subsequent analysis was done by Datamonitor preserving the purity of the feedback as provided by respondents. During the survey period, 592 responses were received.  The findings in this report are based on responses received in the 2010 Black Book of Outsourcing survey where respondents indicated they were ranking KPO service providers.

The survey was also promoted on Datamonitor Group websites (www.theblackbookofoutsourcing.com).
